Harlequin Hats Terms & Conditions of Hire ...
- The hired hat/ fascinator/ handbag will remain the property of Harlequin Hats at all times.
- The full hire fee is payable upon reservation of the hat/handbag via cash or cheque with guarantee card.
- A deposit equivalent to the hire fee is payable on collection of the hat/handbag/ fascinator. This will be returned on receipt of the hat/handbag/fascinator in the condition in which it was hired.
- Harlequin Hats reserve the right to retain the deposit if the hat/handbag/fascinator is returned damaged or marked in any way. this includes make up and rain damage.
- Hats/handbags/fascinators are hired per occasion. Hire periods typically last for three days or four over a weekend (Friday to Monday). Longer hire periods may be arranged for an additional fee. We can be flexible according to availability. Please ask.
- The full hire fee will be refunded for cancellations made six weeks before the hire date. The full hire fee will be retained for cancellations less than six weeks before the hire date.
- Late return of the hat/handbag/fascinator will incur a fee of £10.00 per day or part of a day.
